Product Features:
The Mamalu PRO wheelchair by Akces-MED is a lightweight and durable wheelchair featuring a quick-folding umbrella-style frame. When folded, it has compact dimensions for easy transport and storage. Adjustable seat tilt provides comfort and proper support, while the adjustable headrest, footrest, seat and 5-point safety harness allow the wheelchair to be adapted to the user’s height and individual needs.
Intended Use:
- Cerebral palsy (CP)
- Brain and spinal cord injuries resulting in limb paresis and impaired motor coordination
- Demyelinating diseases, including multiple sclerosis (MS), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and others
- Myelomeningocele (spina bifida)
- Neuromuscular diseases, including muscular dystrophy, myasthenia gravis and polymyositis
- Genetic syndromes associated with limb paresis
- Degenerative and metabolic diseases of the nervous system
