Delivery within Poland
Orders can be delivered to addresses throughout Poland using available courier and delivery services.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the type, size and weight of the products ordered.
For selected products, available delivery options and shipping costs are displayed directly during the ordering process.

International Shipping
We also ship orders outside Poland.
International shipping is available to selected countries. As medical and rehabilitation equipment can vary significantly in size and weight, international shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.
To receive an individual shipping quote, please contact us by email and provide:

- the delivery country,
- and the delivery postcode, if available.
We will check the available delivery options, calculate the shipping cost and provide you with an individual quotation.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time depends on:
- product availability,
- the type and size of the order,
- the delivery destination,
- and the selected shipping method.
Products that are in stock are normally dispatched as soon as possible after the order has been processed and payment has been confirmed.
For products ordered specifically for the customer or products with a longer lead time, the estimated delivery date will be provided individually.

Large & Heavy Equipment
Some medical and rehabilitation products, such as rehabilitation beds, wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and other larger equipment, require special handling during transport.
For larger or heavier orders, we may arrange an individual delivery method and calculate the shipping cost separately.
If necessary, we can provide an individual delivery quotation before you place your order.
Personal Collection in Lublin
If you are located in Lublin or the surrounding area, you can also collect your order in person.
We will let you know when your order is ready for collection.
